Booking Policy

Payments

Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the appointment

Cancellations and no-shows

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a charge

Deposits

All appointments require a £20 deposit which will be taken at the time of the booking.
