Injury & Rehab

Exercise rehabilitation is used for a variety of injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. We use functional movement and targeted rehab plans to reduce pain and improve range of movement to help you recover from injury. This is a treatment plan that doesn't stop when you leave the clinic, for this to be effective, it requires you to continue the exercises at home for maximum benefit. We want to help you understand your injury and help you get back in action and prevent problems recurring. We help with identifying and treating any potential injuries, treating and rehabilitating sports related injuries and give advice on rehabilitation, training and performance.

This treatment can help with postural issues, chronic pain conditions, injuries and aid in your recovery after surgery.
