When you’ll hear back.
- Messages
- Usually the same day, always within 24 hours on working days.
- Phone
- If I am with a client I will not pick up — leave a message or text and I will call back.
- Urgent
- For anything acute or worsening, please contact your GP or NHS 111 rather than waiting on me.
