The clinical end of massage. Assessment-led work for pain and restriction that keeps coming back, using the technique the testing points at rather than a fixed routine.

Support for training rather than a replacement for it. Recovery between hard sessions, keeping niggles from turning into injuries, and getting to race day feeling like yourself.
