Bletchley Park and the leisure centre
Getting here from Bletchley.
A good mix — people training at the leisure centre, the rugby and football clubs, and plenty who simply want their back to stop nagging them at work.

Local questions
Asked from round here.
Do you treat contact sport injuries?
Yes — dead legs, cork thighs, shoulder and neck strain from tackling, and the recurring hamstring problems that come with stop-start sport. Anything suggesting a fracture or serious joint damage gets referred on.
How soon after a match should I book?
Two to four days afterwards, once the initial soreness has settled. Straight after a heavy game the tissue is too irritable to get much value from deep work.
Nearby
Also covering.
Clients travel in from across Milton Keynes and the surrounding towns. These are the other areas I see most often.

Tell me what is going on and roughly when suits. If it is not something I should be treating, I’ll say so and point you at who can.
