Centre:MK and the CMK office district
What I see from CMK.
I see a lot of office workers from the central business district, usually after the headaches have been going on long enough to stop being normal.

Local questions
Asked from round here.
Can I come after work?
Yes — that is what the evening slots are for. The last weekday appointment starts at 8pm, so a 6pm or 7pm finish in CMK is comfortable.
I sit at a desk all day. Is that really the cause?
Frequently, yes. Sustained positions load tissue just like training does, only for far longer. The fix is rarely "sit up straight" — it is usually restoring movement that has been switched off for years.
Nearby
Also covering.
Clients travel in from across Milton Keynes and the surrounding towns. These are the other areas I see most often.

Worth the short drive.
Tell me what is going on and roughly when suits. If it is not something I should be treating, I’ll say so and point you at who can.
