the Grand Union canal and Linslade
What I see from Leighton Buzzard.
Plenty of London commuters live here, which means a lot of what I see is the combination of a long sedentary day and hard training squeezed into the edges of it.

Local questions
Asked from round here.
I train early before commuting. Does that cause problems?
It can — training on a cold, stiff body then sitting on a train for an hour is a demanding combination. The warm-up matters more than people think, and so does moving during the day.
Do you treat triathletes?
Yes. Three disciplines means three loading patterns, and the interesting question is usually which one is causing the problem showing up in another.

Tell me what is going on and roughly when suits. If it is not something I should be treating, I’ll say so and point you at who can.
